At Aqualux Bathrooms, we offer a 30-day change of mind returns policy on all eligible products.
Return Conditions
To be approved for return, all products must meet the following criteria:

Not installed or used in any way

Be in a resalable condition
Before returning an item, please contact our team and provide clear photos of the product for return approval.
Please ensure items are securely packaged for transport — returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged during shipping.
Return Fees & Refunds

A 20 % restocking fee may apply to some approved change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs may be at responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
